Laserfiche is looking for a Trade Show Specialist who will play an integral role in various trade show exhibits production.   The Trade Show Specialist will be responsible for the effective planning and execution of Laserfiche trade shows, from securing exhibit space and/or sponsorship at select trade events, speaking engagements to overseeing the pre-show, onsite and post-show production requirements.  The Trade Show Specialist will also have the opportunity to work for a technology company that provides a great working environment, including training opportunities, free lunch, social clubs and company events.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage Laserfiche’s participation at trade shows, work with internal stakeholders, multiple trade show producers, internal sales and marketing staff, and various trade show vendors
  • Meet deadlines related to each show, stay within budget
  • Review contracts, handle vendor payments and reconcile expenses
  • Effectively communicate with show management, trade show stakeholders, marketing communications department and vendors on requirements needed to effectively meet event goals
  • Manage trade show logistics, exhibit display, order materials needed for show, pre and post-show shipping, event staffing and registrations, coordinate staff travel with Travel Specialist
  • Introduce new trade show marketing tactics/ideas and follow through to effectively promote the Laserfiche brand at trade shows
  • Monitor and analyze trade show metrics, ROI and review for continuous improvement
  • Laserfiche Annual Conference and Training Events
    • Oversee sponsorships and exhibits (marketing, sales and production)
    • Promote sponsorships and exhibit space
    • Coordinate with conference venue staff on exhibitor requirements
    • Provide pre-show and onsite assistance for exhibitors/sponsors
    • Ensure that sponsorship deliverables are met
    • Oversee set-up and teardown of exhibits area
  • Must be willing to travel up to 25% travel in a year (international passport + valid drivers license needed)
  • Oversee stock and inventory of promotional items for trade shows

What You'll Need:

  • BS/BA
  • Minimum 3 years trade show experience
  • Passion for trade show marketing
  • Top-notch organizational, project management and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally – job requires up to 25% travel
  • Willingness to work some nights and on weekends as needed for some events
  • Current driver’s license, passport and travel documents in case of international travel
  • Technical Skills:  Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint);  Dynamics CRM a plus
  • Sense of urgency and ability to work under strict deadlines 
  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and roll up to 90 lbs of heavy exhibit materials
