We are in search of a confident and energetic Administrative Assistant to organize and coordinate administrative duties and procedures. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in the success and growth of the Toronto team. If you are an individual who is task-oriented and have a drive for efficiency, we would love to hear from you! 


Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintain and organize office services, office operations and procedures
  • Establish, implement and maintain office policies
  • Organization of company lunch and events
  • Data entry, generation of invoices and vendor management
  • Assist in recruitment process and provide onboarding support for new hires
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing mail
  • Manage inventory of office stationery and supplies
  • Monitor the office equipment and schedule necessary repairs
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment


What You’ll Need:

  • College Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • A creative mind with ability to identify improvements to processes
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Proficient in MS office
