We are currently seeking to confident, responsible and energetic Office Manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.  The individual must have well developed organizational and time management skills.  Able to work independently and participating as part of a team.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintain and organize office services by organizing office operations and procedures
  • Maintain, designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures
  • Organizing company lunch and events
  • Data entry and generate invoice and billings, validate vendor invoice and payments
  • Assist in recruitment process and provide onboarding support for new hires
  • Managing all incoming and outgoing mail
  • Order stationery and supplies
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
  • Other tasks as assigned

What You’ll Need:

  • College diploma or higher
  • Valid driver’s license and access to vehicle
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Proficient in MS office
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
