Solutions Engineers work independently or in teams to design, implement, deploy and support Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Business Process Management (BPM) solutions. To succeed, you’ll need to learn quickly, think creatively, and deliver innovative solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver first-class software solutions
• Develop technical infrastructure planning, data migration, and integration services with third-party applications and platforms
• Perform analysis and documentation of business needs and requirements
• Provide post-implementation support (including troubleshooting, maintenance and training)
• Establish strong working relationships with partners, clients and team members

Qualifications:

• BA/BS required. Computer Science, Physical Sciences, Engineering or related technical field preferred. MS a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication (oral, writing, and listening) and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter mentality and team player attitude
• Resourcefulness and creativity in finding solutions
• Maintain professionalism and remain positive under pressure
• Programming skills (C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, MVC, Javascript, CSS), knowledge of SQL, general IT knowledge, and software or consultation  experience a plus
• Must be eligible for security clearance
• Active security clearance a plus
