• BS or equivalent experience in Computer Science or other technical field
• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written

Web group:

• Knowledge of designing interfaces that use ASP.NET, C#, CSS, Javascript, DHTML, or HTML
• Knowledge of cross-browser development (IE and Firefox)

Windows group:

• Knowledge of Windows SDK and MFC preferable
• Extensive knowledge of C/C++ with strong OO design skills
