Laserfiche is looking for a motivated and results-driven Bi-Lingual Spanish Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing SaaS sales team. As an SDR, you’ll play a critical role at the top of the sales funnel, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities and setting the foundation for long-term customer relationships.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outbound outreach, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a strong career in SaaS sales.
Location:
- Hybrid: Three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) in-office in Long Beach, CA
- Remote work from home on Mondays and Fridays
About the Role - Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Identification and Qualification: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, marketing qualified leads (MQLs), and leads generated through marketing campaigns and the company website. Conduct email outreach and calls to connect with potential clients.
- Meeting Scheduling: Schedule and conduct calls to qualify leads and set up meetings with Direct and Channel sales teams.
- Client Database Management: Maintain a database of potential clients, track interactions, and ensure Salesforce hygiene and up-to-date records.
- Collaboration with Marketing and Sales Teams: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly enhance sales techniques to increase efficiency and effectiveness in generating and converting leads.
About You - Essential Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Location: Required to be in the Long Beach office from Tuesday to Thursday in person.
The salary range varies, and pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, certifications (if applicable), candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills and years of experience amongst other factors.
- $55,000 - $65,000 per year
