This is a unique opportunity to develop the market in the UK, working in a dual Direct/Indirect role with SI’s, Distributors, Laserfiche Solutions Providers and Direct Customers.
We are looking for a contributor with an entrepreneurial mindset – a self-starter - someone who enjoys working in challenging situations, is resourceful in problem solving and is comfortable with ambiguity.
 
As a Laserfiche Business Development Manager, UK, your task will be to nurture and develop relationships with existing and new customers (Channel & Direct), to consistently meet and exceed targets.
You will build and manage clients across Europe, working towards sales objectives to optimize the long-term success of these customers and Partners.
You will lead sales engagement through orchestrating different business functions to maximize sales.
As a Business Development Manager, you will demonstrate customer centricity, proficiency in evaluating customer needs, diagnosing and solving problems, and in addition take the lead with software demonstrations.
 
 
About the Role – Key Responsibilities
Internal Sales Activity
  • Planning: Deliver on your comprehensive sales plan to consistently exceed targets
  • Forecasting: Lead and be responsible for accurate sales forecasting weekly including.
    • Pipeline management: Maintain and progress Renewals, Expansion and New Business
  • CRM Hygiene - Salesforce: Mandatory accurate and up-to-date documentation of all customer account details, including opportunities, commitments, key discussions, and records of customer visits or calls.
  • Team engagement: Proactively share ideas to improve the sales processes and contribute to the effectiveness of the sales team.
  • Market: Regularly enhance knowledge and insight into the best practices and trends within the industry
 
External Sales Activity
Activity: Co-work and create an annual plan with Senior Executives within our top Solution Providers, including SI’s to increase:
  1. New Business - Research, identify and target end users
    1. Provide information & deliver the Request for Proposal (RFP) process with SP’s
    2. Expansion: Leverage knowledge & experience to expand Laserfiche in customers
    3. Renewals: Ensure Renewals exceed the industry average 95%
    4. Co-Selling: Demonstrable success of co-selling at C-suite level with SPs to end users (FTSE top 500)
    5. Demonstrations: Lead the Process to deliver high quality project winning demo’s
    6. Trade Shows: Drive sales & co-lead external end user discussion with SI’s and Large SP’s
     
     
    About You – Essential Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent sales experience in a related field – Min 10 years 
    • Proven success and experience in Channel sales, preferably within the SaaS or technology sector 
    • Demonstrable experience delivering sales methodologies and opportunity management 
    • A growth mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels 
    • Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and build trust with Business Owners of Partners and C-Suite Executives  
    • Highly organized with strong multi-tasking capabilities and attention to detail 
    • Proactive, self-motivated & ability to work independently & collaboratively within a team 
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; experience with CPQ systems is a plus
    • Languages: C2 (Proficiency) English and Spanish
    • Ability to travel, when needed
