The Senior Manager/Manager of Talent Acquisition partners with business leaders across our global organization to drive the success of the company by sourcing talent. This role requires the ability to identify, develop, drive and execute on the strategies that support our talent needs by managing and developing a high performing team of recruiters responsible for end-to-end recruiting. This  includes research, building robust pipelines for critical skills, sourcing, candidate assessment, interview and offer management. Proven experience in building relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and the People Operations team, is critical to be successful for this role, along with the ability to prioritize, challenge, and drive a sense of urgency.    
    
About  the Role - Essential Functions   
  • Directs and guides the Talent Acquisition team, utilizing data to monitor performance and achieve acquisition and retention targets
  • Develops talent pipelines for current and future job requisitions
  • Identifies new avenues to attract talent; assess and modify strategies based on resource effectiveness
  • Develops and implements online and offline employer-branding strategies and activities
  • Participates and hosts employer-branding events to drive awareness of the company
  • Manages and evaluates all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication)
  • Manages, trains and evaluates Talent Acquisition Team
  • Develops and implements acquisition tools and platforms to support Talent Acquisition goals
  • Develops and measures key talent acquisition and retention metrics and provides results to Executive Team
  • Implements Executive searches of VPs, Officers, upper and senior management positions (and other positions, as needed)
  • Leads global Talent Acquisition team and owns initiatives and outcomes of this function
  • Drives analytics to develop Talent Acquisition strategies and drives optimal departmental goals and their achievement
  • Collaborates with other managers and contributes to attainment of company goals
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements for job postings, recruiting and screening candidates
    
About You - Essential Qualifications:    
  • Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle Talent Acquisition and employer branding initiatives
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS databases (knowledge of Jobvite and ADP a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates)
  • Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding initiatives
  • Minimum 3-5 years management experience with strong people manager skills
  • 5+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience in technology space highly preferred
  • Relevant work experience in multi-state (US) and global organizations preferred
  • BS/MS in Human Resources Management, Finance or relevant field preferred
 
The salary range varies, and pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, certifications (if applicable), candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and years of experience among other factors.         
        
  • Range: $150,000 - $215,000
