As a Laserfiche Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a key role in building the workforce that drives our company forward. You’ll manage full‑cycle recruiting across multiple departments—including software development, sales, marketing, and professional services—ensuring we attract and hire exceptional talent.
You’ll leverage data, market insights, and creative sourcing strategies to strengthen our talent pipeline and elevate our employer brand. Your work will directly influence the quality of our hires and the culture we continue to build, making this an opportunity to have a meaningful, lasting impact on the company’s future.
 
 
Location:
  • Hybrid: Three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) in-office in Long Beach, CA
  • Remote work from home on Mondays and Fridays
 
About the Role - Key Responsibilities:         
  • Execute full-cycle recruitment from job posting and sourcing through offer acceptance
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, competencies, and hiring timelines 
  • Develop sourcing strategies to attract and engage top talent through job boards, career networks, social media, and referrals
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess fit, experience, and skillset
  • Coordinate feedback with hiring managers and support decision-making processes
  • Maintain candidate and requisition data accurately within the ATS
  • Contribute to employer branding and continuous improvement of recruiting practices
 
About You - Essential Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related area 
  • 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a software or technology-driven organization
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong consultative and communication skills with hiring teams and candidates
  • Knowledge of local labor markets and current recruiting trends
 
The salary range varies, and pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, certifications (if applicable), candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills and years of experience amongst other factors. 
  • $75,000 - $100,000 per year
