The Director, Partner Development, EMEA role is a unique opportunity to help define, build, and execute the direction of Laserfiche's EMEA region strategic partners program. You will manage existing and newly acquired partners, align them with the company’s GTM strategy, and drive regional strategy to execution. To succeed in this role, it’s important to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, while demonstrating the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions. The EMEA Partner Development will collaborate effectively with various relevant teams at Laserfiche and the partner community—all to ensure the success of Laserfiche for our customers.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and enable EMEA based Channel Partners to drive incremental revenue
  • Support the company’s Global Alliances in EMEA and ensure proper regional strategy and execution
  • Create a partner ecosystem to complement our direct sales team
  • Engage our internal sales team and map opportunities to partners across the region
  • Execute and manage our EMEA-based partner programs and events
  • Be the Partner advocate and voice of the Partner to EMEA Sales Leadership and Global Channel Leader
  • Manage issues that arise within the channel and resolve to mutual satisfaction within Laserfiche policy
  • Identify strategic technology companies for recruitment as Laserfiche Solution Providers who can impact the region in a larger way
  • Work closely with Marketing and the Industry Marketing Group in identifying trends and aligning company messaging with the region
  • Create a best-in-class partner onboarding program with specific benchmarks to track partner progress

What You’ll Need:
  • 5-10 years’ experience recruiting, onboarding, enabling, and managing EMEA based Channel Partners
  • Experience working with large SIS, Distributors, MSPs, VARS, and ISVs
  • Passion for building a world class channel business from an individual contributor to regional leader
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate in ambiguous work environments.
  • Effective communication, leadership, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate in a multi-regional, dynamic team.
  • Experience creating and executing EMEA based partner programs and events
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 years’+ experience in management (channel or territory)
