Senior Director of Marketing Solutions

Laserfiche is looking for a dynamic and driven leader to help us build and lead core product, industry, and customer market and business development through market intelligence research, go-to-market strategy, and business development for product strategy, sales, and solution providers. As the thought leader and the go-to-expert for establishing Laserfiche brand leadership across multiple targeted industries, you will be responsible for driving executive engagement programs that drive revenue growth and market penetration. You will act as a company spokesperson on solution trends and leads the company’s alliance development in core industries. 

This role also directs the Product Marketing Group’s go-to-market strategy for product messaging and positioning, along with the Customer Marketing Group to ensure customers retention and use of Laserfiche products. You will work closely with Sales to ensure strategy and goals are set for the company’s accelerated growth in the Cloud.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop the vision for Laserfiche market development and go-to-market implementation in core industries, including Government, Education, Financial Services, Healthcare and Manufacturing. 
  • Provide analysis and strategy mapping for growth opportunities in new markets, such as Healthcare and Manufacturing, from branding, lead generation to sales enablement and pricing strategy research and recommendation.
  • Bring together cross-functional teams to create differentiating value propositions, solution packaging and marketing communications programs—from industry survey, content creation, lead generation campaign execution, PR to integration solution design and joint-marketing with industry partners.
  • Be the voice, ambassador, authority, and owner of the customers and buyers for Laserfiche products and services, and champion continued solution innovation and impact. 
  • Collaborate and engage with senior industry customer executives and partners for strategic product ideation and market penetration, including critical integration development, competitive solution designs, and partner co-marketing program negotiation. 
  • Drive Executive Leadership Summits and the Executive Advisory Roundtables, to accelerate Laserfiche market penetrations in Top 100 accounts across industry markets. 
  • Measure, analyze and report on key campaign matrix and effectiveness to senior management, recommend growth hacking initiatives for strategic market segments.
  • Lead the Product Marketing team to create strategy, plans, content, competition, and sales enablement tools for sales and solution providers.
  • Work with customers to ensure satisfaction and increase customer retention working with Sales and Customer Success.
  • Help with the research support for product road map and prioritization, provide feedback and recommendation for product positioning to product strategy and product marketing.
  • Directly lead, recruit, mentor and grow a rock star Laserfiche Industry Marketing Group (IMG) and create a collaborative team culture as the company’s market intelligence and consulting unit. 

What We're Looking For:
  • 10+ years of relevant industry experience in B2B technology companies, particularly SaaS and Cloud, working knowledge of product marketing, advertising, PR, industry consulting, market research, campaign design, and implementation. 
  • Experience building, managing, and motivating a team of strategic individuals
  • A passion for technology innovation and creating long lasting business impact. 
  • Professionalism and credibility to build relationships with executive-level prospects and partners.
  • Excellent communication and positive interpersonal skills to create cross-functional collaboration and a culture to inspire ideas and putting people first. 
  • Demonstrated ability to launch and position technical products in brand new markets. 
  • Strong presentation and writing skills to lead the go-to-market strategy for a new technology and markets.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex business issues in a straightforward and precise way, identify critical factors of influence, and make actionable recommendations for growth. 
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-pacing environment; tenacity to complex problem solving and executing the solution.
