As a Solutions Engineer on the Laserfiche Consulting team, you’ll work directly with the company’s largest, most strategic customers to design, implement, deploy, and support innovative enterprise content management and business process management solutions to digitally transform their operations.

About the Role - Essential Functions
Implement Projects:
- Lead meetings with customer to gather and analyze project requirements.
- Design, implement, and deploy a solution for medium-large sized projects that incorporates out-of-the-box Laserfiche software and functionality and custom scripting.
- Install, configure, and license software necessary for complex implementations.
- Provide weekly status meetings and demos to keep the customer informed on project progress and report/discuss any obstacles.
- Complete technical documentation for each project includes System Documentation, End User Documentation, and a Test Plan.
- Provide troubleshooting, training and support for the customer during end-user testing and the post-deployment phase.
- Manage LFC projects of <250 hours, ensuring adherence to PM methodology.
- Build and maintain trusted working relationships with customers especially at the Project Manager level and above.
- Monitor and report on project status and budget.
- Conduct project closeout and complete a project retrospective.
- Conduct design and technical document reviews for less experienced Solutions Engineers.
- Review solution design and costing for potential projects during the Presales phase.
- Support less experienced Solutions Engineers during implementations.
- Recommend new ways of doing things to make the project team more effective.
- Provide Product feedback and Support
- Review and test new Laserfiche releases to discover bugs and potential enhancements proactively.
- Provide feedback on current LFC processes and participate in department retrospectives.
About You - Essential Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and take initiative during the project life cycle.
- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex and dynamic customer environments.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and take responsibility for timely completion of tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics or related field required.
- Two to four years of relevant work experience.
The salary range varies, and pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, certifications (if applicable), candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and years of experience among other factors.
- $98,000 - $120,000
